After being wrecked by a barge, a well-known restaurant and tavern on the Ohio River has declared its intention to reopen.

Five years ago, Ludlow Bromley Yacht Club’s owners posted on Facebook that they hoped to visit again in the future.

Before a barge crashed into it and destroyed it, the restaurant had been open for 23 seasons.
