Over the weekend, Hunter Biden’s legal team released a report that included a sobering warning that Donald Trump, the incoming president-elect, would exact revenge on the first son. Hunter’s attorneys claim that the threat against him is real given the election of the 45th and soon-to-be 47th presidents.

The findings was made public on Saturday by President Joe Biden, who also announced his son’s full federal pardon on Sunday evening.

The 52-page report, which described the criminal prosecutions that resulted in Hunter Biden’s conviction, was obtained by the Washington Post and Washington Examiner.

“The entire and abhorrent history of Hunter Biden’s political persecution is here, in one location,” said Abbe Lowell, one of Biden’s lawyers, in a statement. This seven-year story has been driven by a persistent political desire to manipulate a son to harm his father.

It might have been problematic if Trump hadn’t pardoned the president’s son after he took office in January. The Post claims that the study includes a chronology of the accusations made against Hunter Biden.

As some of the same Republicans who targeted Hunter get ready to retake power and have declared their intention to utilize the government’s enormous ability to target its perceived rivals, Lowell told reporters, “It is a wild and terrifying story that serves as a stark warning of what is to come.”

According to his attorneys, Hunter Biden might have been sentenced to a lengthy jail sentence for offenses that would not have been prosecuted against regular people.

According to the Post, there is no denying that Trump has stated that Hunter is on his list of foes. There is no doubt that the special counsel prosecutors are under tremendous pressure to keep pursuing Hunter because they fear that Trump may retaliate against them if they don’t take a more aggressive approach.

According to the document, Biden battled addiction while engaging in illicit conduct.

According to the documents, a system that is meant to guard against abuses failed to do so and was tainted by the nation’s political elite.

Due to his blunders while suffering from severe drug addiction, Hunter is subject to severe penalties for felonies and misdemeanors that are significantly longer than those of others who have committed less serious crimes or where civil remedies or consent judgments are typically sought.

It was previously reported that in June of 2018, Biden was found guilty of three charges pertaining to firearms ownership. In such situation, he will be sentenced in the upcoming weeks.

Separate indictments on the East and West coasts resulted from U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland’s appointment of David C. Weiss as special counsel in 2023 after a plea deal failed to resolve Biden’s tax and weapons charges.

Biden then entered a guilty plea to nine tax crimes in federal court in California in September. He was accused of nine tax-related violations by a federal court in California last year, including not paying at least $1.4 million in federal taxes.

Biden deliberately prepared a false and fictitious written statement with the intention of deceiving StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply in order to obtain a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver, according to the first charge in the firearms case.

Despite knowing that the assertion was untrue and made up, he claimed that he was not addicted to or an unlawful user of any stimulants, narcotic drugs, or other controlled substances.

According to the second count, Biden checked the boxes on Form 4473, certifying to ATF that he was neither an addict or illicit drug user.

According to the third count, Biden knew he was an addict or illegal drug user and unlawfully carried the handgun for 11 days, from October 12, 2018, to October 23, 2018.

Jurors were told that on October 23, 2018, Hallie Biden, the widow of Beau Biden and the later girlfriend of Hunter Biden, placed the gun in the trash behind a grocery shop across the street from a Delaware high school. However, when she and Hunter later went back to get it, it was gone.

Days later, Politico said, a man who was going through the trash found the pistol and handed it in. Hunter eventually came across a federal case even though there were no state charges.

Kathleen Buhle, the defendant’s ex-wife, also testified before the jury. She claimed to have discovered drug paraphernalia in Hunter’s vehicle in 2018, but she did not say when this supposedly happened.

CNN reports that Zoe Kestan, Biden’s ex-girlfriend, testified that she seen Hunter taking crack one month prior to his purchase of the handgun.

Despite their client’s public admissions of crack addiction, the defense contended that the prosecution lacked concrete evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that Hunter Biden, a qualified attorney, knew considered himself an addict after leaving treatment and lied to get the disputed pistol. Biden was swiftly found guilty by a jury.
