Numerous new tenants, including prestigious movie, restaurant, and retail establishments, have joined a well-known shopping, dining, and movie theater complex in Mountain View.

Mountain View’s Village at San Antonio Centre, a shopping, dining, grocery, entertainment, lodging, and hotel complex, says it has signed several stores for its mixed-use community.

According to Brookfield Properties, the main owner of the restaurant and retail complex located at 645 San Antonio Road, the new leases total 90,000 square feet.

The details of the most recent rental deals in The Village of San Antonio are as follows:

64,500 square feet have been leased to the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema.

Hyundai and Genesis of Mountain View has leased 11,000 square feet to display Hyundai and Genesis automobiles from Cardinale Automotive Group.

6,000 square feet have been rented by The Art of Problem Solving, an educational facility that specializes in advanced learning and enrichment activities.

The popular burger, hot dog, and milkshake chain Shake Shack rented 2,500 square feet.

2,200 square feet have been rented by Ben’s Barketplace, a one-stop shop for pet nutrition and wellbeing.

1,800 square feet have been leased to Slice House, a pizza and slice restaurant.

The specialty skincare business Skin Laundry has leased 1,000 square feet.

On the Village Center’s website, the Sushi Adachi restaurant, Palmetto Superfoods, and Bodyrok Pilates are all listed as upcoming.

David Sternberg, senior vice president of Brookfield Properties, stated, “We are thrilled to welcome this exciting lineup of retailers to The Village at San Antonio Centre, which further demonstrates our dedication to carefully selecting the best dining, entertainment, and lifestyle options for the Mountain View community.”

In addition, Alamo Drafthouse has decided to set up shop at San Jos’ Westfield Valley Fair.

Before unexpectedly discontinuing operations and closing theaters nationwide, including ones in Mountain View and San Jose, ShowPlace ICON ran movie theaters for years in two South Bay locations that are now being taken over by Alamo Drafthouse.

The Bay Area’s typically depressing commercial real estate market is brightened by the deals, such as the flurry of leases that The Village at San Antonio Centre received.

Brokers Josh Shumsky, Matt Sweeney, and Megan McArthur of the commercial real estate company The Econic Co. represented Brookfield Properties in the series of leases in the Mountain View restaurant, retail, and movie theater.

Sternberg told the audience, “We’re excited to enhance this vibrant destination with new, engaging experiences for our visitors, with beloved outposts like Shake Shack joining us and innovative concepts like Alamo Drafthouse Cinema.”
