Police described Tuesday’s discovery of four deceased people inside a Milpitas condominium as “isolated.”

Officers were sent to the Turing Apartments at 1355 McCandless Drive shortly before 9 p.m. to conduct a welfare check, according to a police press release. A mother, a father, and two children were discovered in the residence by officers “with obvious signs of death.”

Other than stating that it seemed to be an isolated incident with no public threat, police did not provide any further details regarding the deaths.

Police stated that the investigation was still in progress and that it was acceptable for the department to provide relevant information as it developed.
