After leaving her house on Sunday, Susie Couch, 94, was discovered dead on Monday night.
There was no suspicion of foul play.
A Missing Adult Alert was issued by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
The last known location of Couch, who had dementia, was Manchester Road in Franklin, Ohio.
