The jury trial for Crystal Pence is set for April.
Pence, 29, was taken into custody in December on suspicion of shooting and killing her brother, Ronald Pence, in a Fairfield Avenue apartment building.
After Crystal Pence entered a not guilty preliminary plea in court last month, her bond was set at $1 million.
Judge Clay Kellerman will preside over a jury trial in Franklin County Court on April 23.
