A 7-year-old Hispanic girl and an 11-year-old Hispanic boy were last seen around 1 p.m. that afternoon near 3510 Bainbridge Avenue in Norwood. The NYPD received the report at approximately 2 p.m. and immediately began searching for the children.
Authorities describe the 7-year-old girl as wearing a multicolored sweater and black pants at the time of her disappearance. The 11-year-old boy, who was last seen wearing glasses, a green hoodie, and red sweatpants, has also been reported missing. No photographs of the children are currently available.
