A 27-year-old woman died after being hit by a car on the the interstate

According to an Ohio State Highway Patrol representative, a 27-year-old woman was struck by a car in Montgomery County on Friday night and died as a result.

A collision happened on I-675 North in Miami Township at approximately 10:57 p.m.

A 24-year-old guy was operating a Honda Accord on I-675 North when the collision occurred, according to the preliminary investigation.

The representative said that Vanessa Martinez, 27, of Atlus, Oklahoma, was struck by the driver.

When the collision occurred, Martinez was in the left lane of I-675.

At the scene, she was declared deceased.

There were no injuries to the Honda’s driver.

The Dayton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is still looking into this collision.
