Troopers from the Arkansas State Police have located a boy who was reported missing from Brandon, Mississippi. The boy was 16 years old.
On the 28th of October, the adolescent was found and removed from the residence of the suspect in Rogers, Arkansas, without incident.
Kaleb James Cannady, age 33, was taken into custody and is currently being held at the Benton County Detention Center on a warrant for kidnapping and online enticement in the state of Mississippi.
After the Rankin County Sheriff’s Department in Mississippi received information that the adolescent had been lured online, the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and the Attorney General’s Office in Mississippi were able to identify Cannady as the person responsible for the crime.
Cannady and the missing teen were both reported missing on October 28. At approximately 7:15 p.m., the boy was found by ASP Troopers who had issued a BOLO report.
