A Binghamton man has been charged with harassment in Delaware County

On suspicion of harassment, a Binghamton man was taken into custody in Delaware County.

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office reports that in mid-July, deputies were notified of a harassment allegation in the Village of Delhi.

Deputies requested a Criminal Summon from Delhi Town Court after the inquiry was complete.

Sheriff’s deputies helped Village of Delhi Police execute multiple sealed indictment arrest warrants in the Town of Kortright on November 20th.

Latee Baker, 26, of Binghamton, was found and taken into custody by deputies on one count of second-degree harassment throughout the course of the inquiry.

Baker awaited his arraignment at the Delaware County Correctional Facility after being turned over to the Village of Delhi Police.
