A young woman was hit by a train on Saturday afternoon and is currently in the hospital.
Around midday, a woman along the railroad lines on Rosewood St. and W 64th St. lost her balance and fell into the path of an approaching train, according to CPD Sgt. Anderson.
The train clipped her after the driver halted when he seen her.
With potentially fatal injuries, the woman was taken to UC Hospital.
