Parents allegedly put an eight-month-old infant into boiling bath water, causing her to burn to death.

Hussein Abughazaleh and Kristina Siedlecki, Jannah’s parents, said that their daughter’s injuries were from a bath she had taken a few days prior. Jannah was discovered unconscious and severely burned.

Both parents allegedly acknowledged throughout the investigation that they had watched their child’s burns worsen over a period of days, ignoring her agony and delaying seeking medical help.

According to authorities, Jannah passed away from her injuries a few days after the alleged occurrence, and both parents have been detained on murder charges.

After a medical examiner determined that the baby discovered dead in Yanira Prado’s toilet was alive at birth, the 22-year-old Texas mother was charged with capital murder.

Prado claims she was unaware that she was pregnant, but police claim she intentionally and willfully drowned the unborn child. Prado is being imprisoned at the Ector County Law Enforcement Centre on allegations of capital murder, evidence tampering, and immigration offenses, all of which are based on a $1 million bail.

The infant was discovered on October 9 after police were summoned to the woman’s residence, according to a news release from the Odessa Police Department.

Prado was transferred to the neighboring Medical Centre Hospital for examination after investigators requested an autopsy.

According to an autopsy, the baby was delivered alive but suffocated on odd fibers, amniotic fluid, and other fluids. She was then issued a death warrant by the police.

According to them, Prado was taken into custody last Friday without any problems.

According to the Odessa American, the startling development was that Prado admitted to Odessa police that she was unaware of her pregnancy. Prado reportedly informed the authorities that she was unaware of her pregnancy and believed she was simply using the restroom at the time of her delivery.

She claimed to have cut the umbilical chord using nail clippers after viewing the infant. She also said that at one time she became lightheaded and was unable to get out of bed. He added that the infant made no sounds or cried.

According to the investigation, in a panic, Prado texted someone else in the residence for assistance rather than immediately phoning for help. According to the article, there were no feminine products in the garbage, so someone even asked Prado about her pregnancy in a home where no one knew she was expecting.
