Due to a track equipment issue, BART’s train link service between Coliseum and Oakland International Airport was halted early Friday morning, the agency reported.
Although the service was restored just before 7 a.m. on Friday, BART warned that travelers on the airport line, which typically travels eight minutes from the Coliseum station to the airport, could experience delays of up to eighteen minutes.
Between the Coliseum and the airport stations, passengers can use the 73 line of the AC Transit bus service, according to BART.
There was no indication of when train service will resume as usual.
