The man who was discovered dead in Harrison Township from a gunshot wound has been recognized by the coroner’s officer.
According to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Jeremy Roy, Dayton police found an unconscious man in the woods on Thursday when they were reclaiming a stolen vehicle close to Klepinger Road and Seibenthaler Avenue, as originally reported by News Centre 7.
The individual was recognized by the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office as 27-year-old Claude Page.
According to a spokesperson, he passed away in Harrison Township in the 3500 block of Klepinger Road.
The cause and manner of his death are unknown to us.
The investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is currently ongoing.
