Disney World guests jumped in to stop a guy accused of punching a woman

A Massachusetts man has been charged with domestic violence after police say he hit a lady in the face at Disney World after an altercation.

The reported event took place on October 19 at Disney World s Magic Kingdom in Orange County, Florida. According to an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE, Matthew Cameron, 21, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, hit the woman out of frustration.

Police claim the hit knocked the victim to the ground. When Orange County Sheriff s deputies came, she was bleeding from her nose.

Cameron was charged with misdemeanor domestic assault and pled not guilty, according to online court records. He was released from jail on a $500 bond.

The Daily Mail published a video of the aftermath of the incident. The claimed video appears to show a man restraining the putative suspect on the ground, with screaming in the background.

The footage did not show the alleged attack. Two security guards can be seen intervening.

Cameron s next court appearance is scheduled for January.
