East Bay hit by 3.7 magnitude earthquake

According to the US Geological Survey, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.7 struck Concord early on Sunday.

Around 8:49 a.m., the earthquake struck close to 6th Street, between Willow Pass and Clayton roads.

The USGS reports that the depth of the earthquake was almost nine kilometers.
