On Friday afternoon, police are asking the public for help in finding a key missing person.

According to a news statement from the Forest Park Police Department, 40-year-old Victoria Lillard vanished from her Forest Park residence at 10:30 a.m.

Lillard has Prader-Willi Syndrome and is developmental impaired.

Lillard was wearing a black jacket when she last appeared. His lengthy hair is styled in orange and black braids.
