Hamilton, OhioOn Wednesday, a business owner from Hamilton acknowledged in court that he had assaulted a 19-year-old during a therapy session in April of last year.

The Cryo Den is owned by 42-year-old Jared Fox. On Main Street in Hamilton, there is a cryotherapy facility.

Assistant prosecutor Jackie Welp of Butler County claims that Fox caressed and rubbed a 19-year-old client inappropriately to induce sexual arousal or pleasure.

Welp said that Jared Fox told the woman, “Your wellness is on the house,” after the one-hour session, without charging her.

Judge Greg Howard questioned Fox about the accuracy of the information.

“Yes,” said Fox.

Fox acknowledged committing a third-degree misdemeanor, sexual imposition, on one count.

His sentencing date is set for January.

Fox will have to register as a sex offender annually for the next 15 years and might spend up to 60 days in the Butler County Jail.
