Hamilton guy accused of hurting an Indiana cop after his arrest

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. – After an altercation with a deputy that brought both parties to the hospital, a man from Hamilton was taken into custody in the state of Indiana.

Franklin County is now holding Gregory Hacker, who is 18 years old.

He is facing multiple charges, including a number of crimes and felonies, including those linked to resisting law police and battery.

When residents of the area reported seeing a suspicious man in a truck that was backed up against a retaining wall, deputies were dispatched to the scene.

According to the responding deputy, Hacker looked to be under the influence of alcohol, and he sustained injuries while attempting to take Hacker into custody.
