According to authorities, a man from Pennsylvania is accused of shooting his pregnant girlfriend in the head as she was watching TV. He allegedly told emergency medical personnel that he was blacked out and in there, which is another way of stating that he was high after smoking.

Kaiheem Jerelle Williams allegedly told first responders, “I was fried, man,” after killing Tanyiah Bell, his longstanding live-in partner, in their Delaware County apartment on November 14. In his criminal complaint, Williams claimed, “I was smoking outside.” I was inside.

According to local police, the 19-year-old is suspected of using a.45-caliber handgun at their Lansdowne residence to shoot Bell in the head. That night, Williams called Lansdowne Police Department officers to the house. He allegedly told them, “My baby’s shot,” when they arrived.

According to the complaint, Bell, who was also 19, was obviously pregnant. In an attempt to preserve the unborn child, officers took her body to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

She is eight months pregnant, and following emergency surgery, police fear the infant will not live without the assistance of life support devices, according to a Lansdowne Police press statement.

According to police accounts, the youngster is currently on life support with little neurological brain activity, having been born alive at the time of the emergency surgery. It is an irreversible condition. Without life support devices, the child is not anticipated to live.

Williams stated in police questioning that he killed Bell while they were alone at their apartment.

According to the lawsuit, he came home from work, stayed in the flat for about an hour, ate and smoked with Bell, and then went to the store! Bell was content to watch TV in his bedroom when he got home.

After turning around, he lost consciousness. The next thing he remembered was using Bell’s phone to call 911 after she was shot.

On November 15, Williams was taken into custody and accused of first-degree murder. He reportedly left his residence around fifteen minutes before to reporting the incident, according to doorbell footage taken at the scene. The complaint also claims that a.45-caliber bullet was found in his pocket.
