Man Arrested in Fatal Shooting of 4-Year-Old in Northeast Bexar County

In a recent arrest following months of investigation, 20-year-old Isaiah Perales has been charged with capital murder related to the May 8 shooting that claimed the life of MaryAnn Marble, a 4-year-old girl. Authorities report that Perales and another suspect allegedly fired multiple rounds into a Northeast Bexar County home on Windsor Hollow Drive, injuring the entire family and killing the young girl.

Arrest Details and Investigation Progress

Perales was located on Green Arbor Street and apprehended following a tip received through San Antonio Crime Stoppers. The evidence linking him to the crime includes phone location data, placing him near the scene, and a Draco AK-47-style firearm recovered by a dive team at Calaveras Lake, later matched to the crime. Sheriff Javier Salazar indicated that further arrests are possible, as others remain under investigation, including Bryan Salazar, who is under house arrest, and Ashton Garcia, who turned himself in to authorities.
