Man Fatally Shot During Robbery in San Jose, Four Suspects in Custody!

Four people have been arrested for allegedly killing a man during a robbery in San Jose late on Monday night, according to the police.

Police officers received a call around 11:58 p.m. about an incident in the 1000 block of Saratoga Avenue.

When officers arrived, they found a man unconscious and not breathing. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Based on an early investigation, police believe the man was robbed by four individuals.

During the robbery, the suspects assaulted him and shot him at least once, resulting in his death.

The authorities have identified three of the suspects: 36-year-old Daniel Andino, 19-year-old Jose Andino, and 18-year-old Amelia Sistrunk.

The fourth suspect, who is 17, has not been named because of their age. All four were arrested and charged with murder.

Police are still investigating the motive and the details surrounding the case.

This incident marks the 25th homicide in San Jose this year, adding to the growing concern over safety in the city.
