Oakland police ask for help finding 14-year-old boy missing since Saturday

The public is being asked to assist Oakland police in the search for a 14-year-old kid who vanished over the weekend.

Assist OPD in finding Dahe Lyn Ewing. He is a 14-year-old Black boy who weighs 130 pounds, is 5 9 and has brown eyes and black hair. Last seen on 1/4/25 at 2:45 PM in a green sweatsuit and black Crocs on the 8000 block of Greenridge Dr.Dial 510-238-3641 to reach the OPD Missing Persons Unit.qPZD6t9VOF pic.twitter.com/

Dahe’Lyn Ewing was last observed in the 8000 block of Greenridge Drive on Saturday at approximately 2:45 p.m. Ewing was dressed in black Crocs and a green sweatsuit.

Ewing is characterized as a Black boy with brown eyes, black hair, and a height of 5′ 9″. He weighs 130 pounds.
