A former elementary school employee who was previously charged by Wisconsin authorities of sexually assaulting a kid is now facing further criminal charges after investigators discovered other alleged victims.

Anna-Marie Crocker, 33, was charged in an amended criminal complaint filed in Kenosha County Circuit Court on November 1 with exposing genitals, exposing a child to hazardous material, child enticement, and exposing a child to harmful descriptions, according to the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office.

Crocker, who worked at Riverview Elementary School in Silver Lake, Wis., was charged with first-degree child sexual assault, sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 13, possession of child pornography, and sexual exploitation of a child – filming, according to the initial criminal complaint filed on Oct. 14 in Kenosha County Circuit Court and shared by prosecutors.

It’s unclear whether Crocker has entered a plea, and PEOPLE couldn’t immediately find an attorney who could speak on her behalf. Jail records suggest she is being held on a $500,000 bond.

According to a statement released last month by the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department, the accused victims in Crocker’s initial case were both present and former elementary school children. Authorities emphasized that the alleged misbehavior did not take place during school hours or on school grounds.

According to the criminal complaint, a sheriff’s officer was dispatched to a residence in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, on Oct. 8, where the caller said his 13-year-old son had been “forced to have sex with the mother of his friend.”

According to the complaint, the 13-year-old claimed that the sexual assault occurred during a winter overnight at Crocker’s house with some friends. The child claimed he was asleep on the basement couch when Crocker, who was naked, woke him up and removed his pants before sexually abusing him, according to the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, the child, who was 12 at the time, stated that the sexual interaction was not consenting. He also allegedly told detectives that he continuously ordered Crocker to get off and tried to force her off, but she refused to listen, according to the complaint.

According to the lawsuit, the child claimed Crocker texted him months after the alleged incident to apologize for what happened in the basement and accused her of “trying to make him feel guilty.”

In the case, authorities also claimed that Crocker had been “exchanging sexual chats and pictures” with another youngster using Snapchat. On October 9, the alleged victim reported the incident to a school resource officer.

The boy allegedly claimed Crocker sexually attacked him in a parking lot in August, according to the complaint. Crocker allegedly admitted to receiving and saving a pornographic video from the youngster, according to the lawsuit.

The updated lawsuit includes fresh allegations that Crocker had sexually improper discussions with two more boys over Snapchat. On October 10, Twin Lakes police spoke with a child who told a school staff member that Crocker sent him “weird” messages, including recordings of herself masturbating with a sex toy and pornographic images.

According to the lawsuit, the alleged victim stated that he and Crocker chatted for about two weeks until he blocked her after she indicated she “liked” that he was 13 years old. According to the lawsuit, the child felt “scared” after his friend said Crocker raped him.

According to the complaint, authorities investigated Crocker’s phone and discovered multiple videos and photographs that matched those described by the youngster. During the search, investigators claimed they discovered a Snapchat discussion between Crocker and another boy she added on Oct. 9 after “seeing him on the homecoming float for his high school,” according to the complaint.

Crocker allegedly asked the child if he wanted to have sex with her, and the two agreed to meet at her home on October 11, according to the lawsuit. According to the complaint, the child stated that he and Crocker exchanged texts in which “sex was inferred,” but that he “never followed through on it.”

Crocker previously worked at Riverview Elementary School, according to the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department. According to local station WITI, Crocker began working as a substitute in 2020 before becoming a full-time teacher’s aide the following year.

According to WITI and WISN, Crocker was fired by the school board following a special meeting on October 14. As of November 7, there is no staff page for Crocker on the school district’s website.
