Suspect arrested in San Francisco shooting of pregnant mother inside her home

A suspect in the shooting death of a pregnant woman inside her house earlier this month has been taken into custody by San Francisco police.

The shooting took place in the city’s Bayview District on November 19 at approximately 2:13 p.m. on the 1100 block of Hollister Street. According to San Francisco police, when authorities got to a house, they discovered a pregnant woman who had been shot several times. According to authorities, the suspects left the area before the officers could arrive.

The woman was brought to a hospital with potentially fatal injuries, despite police reports that she was able to walk after being shot. Investigators from the police department concluded that the woman was shot when she was inside the house with her daughter and other residents.

Khiri Roberson, 30, of Daly City, was identified as the suspect over the course of the inquiry. Roberson was arrested on November 21 in Daly City, close to South Mayfair Avenue and Park Plaza Drive.

According to police, detectives found evidence, including a pistol, when they executed a search warrant for Roberson’s residence in Daly City, located in the 200 block of South Mayfair Avenue.

Roberson was charged with attempted homicide and grossly negligent firearm discharge and was put into San Francisco County Jail.
